It’s been quite a while since Kinetic Gal has changed her costume (or rather, had a costume addition)… and also changed and updated the show content, hence it was time for a new video! Our video editor has been working hard at the video and hooray! it is finally up!
The new video gives a real feel of what my magic and juggling show is all about – juggling, magic and balloons all in one!
I personally really like the video especially after the music ‘re-vamp’! The music has just undergone much change with new production of music, very pop and upbeat, very very fun!
A picture’s worth a thousand words, a video even more so, i guess. So! Rather than hearing me talk about it (or rather reading what i write about it), check out the video in youtube here (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i_iyJEz5EbE) or right over here:

Kinetic Gal hosted a myriad of birthday parties over the wkend and I’m really glad to report that the kids are really enjoying themselves more and more!
The lack of updates for the last wkend was partly due to the busy-ness (interestingly, this translates as busi-ness! LOL!) with so many birthday parties packed as well as the fact the Kinetic Gal was down with a bug the early part of the week. (OUCH!) I have recovered though, and stronger than before.
Little boys and girls must stay healthy too so everyone can enjoy birthday parties, juggling and magic!
Last week’s birthday parties were for Zahra, Lakshmi, and Carl… and this week, for Claire, Adhithian and Victoria! Here are some of the snapshots of some of the parties:

Presenting our birthday boy!

Sweet birthday gal enjoying the show!

I was the ’surprise’ for Adhithian and i’m so glad he likes his surprise!

The gun presentation ceremony *salutes*.

Happy Birthday @ Mac Donalds!

The thing that makes all children entertainers happy and continue doing what we do – smiles and laughter of genuine joy from the kids…
This particular wkend was very very awesome – Claire’s birthday party was a blast, and i had many of her friends giving me ribbons during the party. One of her friends asked me if i was a power ranger ‘cos according to her, i looked like one!
Adhithian’s friends and relatives love the balloons and we enjoyed the high school musical music together.. While during Victoria’s party, the kids asked me a very funny question: Why are you so FUNNY??? Oh my. Hahahahahah!!!!
Honestly, i had such a blast hosting the party, in fact i think i enjoyed myself as much as the kids enjoyed themselves. Really!
Side tidbits: Kinetic Gal is so looking forward to a seminar that’s gonna happen in a two weeks time. This guy’s an award winning *beep beep* (not vulgar, just a secret) from France and he’s coming down to Singapore. To me this seminar’s almost an equivalent of a master class already, so you can imagine the tremendous excitement! AND of course, there’s a new addition to the show!!! What is it? Stay tuned to find out!
Kinetic Gal Hosts Birthday Party for James at Del-care Centre! March 13, 2009

Del-care Centre
Just yesterday, Kinetic Gal had the greatest fun hosting the birthday party at Del-care at the Fuji Xerox Tower for James who was turning six year old. Apparently, they used to always have another entertainer, but decided to get me this time round.
James struck me as an extremely well-mannered kid who wasn’t afraid to speak up when needed.
He is one of the few who says the magic word is: PLEASE. LOL! Extremely well-mannered, clever and conversational, i’m sure this kid is going to grow up to become a handsome young gentleman!
James was literally ( i really mean LITERALLY) bouncing when helping me out with the silk magic segment! Hahaha! His enthusiasm affected me and i started jumping around with him – we had a great little fun time there, and the kids were all very happy and amused too! Unfortunately I was busy hosting the party and did not have chance to take any pictures…
By the way, majority of the kids in the childcare were allowed to watch the show with the class of the birthday boy. While our birthday package states that it is for 25pax kids, when performing at childcare centre, we always allow kids from different classes to come in to watch the show too. The 25 pax would apply when giving out balloons and hosting the cake cutting ceremony.
Here’s wishing the young gentleman a HAPPY BIRTHDAY! I look forward to seeing the kids at Del-care again… I’m sure there’ll be a chance of that!

It has been an extremely busy week for myself, and many parties over the week and weekend!
It is really tiring, but the kids enjoyed themselves and so did I!
Here are some pictures from the various parties that i hosted over the weekend!

Getting ready to watch the show!

Me with Emmy!

Happy Birthday, Emmy!
More parties next!

Genevieve's Birthday!

Happy happy happy!

Genevieve and everyone singing her: Happy Birthday!
These are really just some pictures i have – there are too many to upload!
In fact, i just finished my last party a few hours ago and it was great! The kids were really surprised to find their magician a ‘girl magician’ as they call me, but it was very apt, since most of the children were girls, and our birthday child was Nadya, girl of course! They are right in a sense, for there is one and only one female magic juggler in Singapore – that’s yours truly, Kinetic Gal! At the end of the party, a little girl gave me a little bumble bee that she was holding. It was a small gesture, but i really thank her a lot, for it is times like these i know i have done a good job and the kids are happy!
It’s been a great fulfilling week for Kinetic Gal!
Here’s wishing Genevieve, Nadya, Angel, Josh, Lucas, and Emmy a happy happy birthday!

Thanks to a parent who was using this particular planning site for her party, I’ve found an awesome website with lots of party information! Most of all, it contains party checklists, and also an EXTREMELY useful tool – e-invites! That’s right! Afterall, in the age of the present, where everything goes much faster with internet and websites, e-invites might just be the way to go!
In fact, Kinetic Gal received the invite too (after being hired for the party! LOL!) and i found it a cool, simple and direct way of sending invitations!
Have a look:

My e-invite to Emmy's hot pink party!
It has an awesome function of collating for you the replies and who’s coming or not! This is really good in helping you to organise the party!

What exactly is the website then? Well here you go: http://www.evite.com/
Hopefully this makes your party organisation a lot easier and makes it all the more a blast to organize! Thanks to Melanie who sent me the e-invite, leading me to this fantastic party-aid site!
